Unless otherwise arranged, all continental US orders ship via us postal service. All other orders ship via Fed-ex or UPS Ground, for delivery within 14 days. We reserve the right to ship your products using alternative methods, without notice, should the need arise.
In order to make the online ordering and shipping method as simple as possible we have a tiered shipping charge calculation built into the process for most of the United States. If the total amount of your order is less then $50, then the shipping charges are only $3.50. For total orders above $50, but below $100, the total shipping charges are limited to $5.50. For orders in excess of $100, the shipping charges are set at $7.50.
Alaska and Hawaii residents will be charged a flat fee of $10.00 per order to cover the increased cost of deliveries to those areas. FPO and APO orders are subject to those same conditions.
International orders should be called in rather than ordered over the Internet so that specific calculations can be made for your area.
Return Policy
An online receipt or packing slip dated within 30 days is required for all returns.
All returns must be new, unused and contain all original product packaging and accessories.
Manufacturer's warranty information is available upon request. Items that are a manufacturer defect will be repaired or replaced.
Please note that return shipping and handling cannot be refunded when returning items.
